Pastors Impartation is a dedicated gathering where Mercy Culture pastors and leaders will equip you to lead a presence-driven church and establish healthy church governance. This event is designed to provide Senior Pastors and their teams with the tools and insights needed to cultivate a church culture built around the presence of God. Sessions will focus on key areas such as building and sustaining a strong church culture, as well as leading effectively through culture in marriage, the home, staff, and the church.
